Fidalgas’s vineyards

Fidalgas' vineyards is situated in the heart of Santar, has approximately 7 hectares of vineyards which allows producing about 50,000 bottles per year. The vineyard follows the tradition of the Dão Region with recognized and noble wine grape: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz in a plateau with a slight inclination to the east, has as predominance pine forest.

By the time of the harvest, is made a careful selection of the grapes and their transport to the winery is carefully made in order to maintain high standards of quality of grapes. The concern for maintaining unaltered its characteristics permit develop a wine of excellence, meeting all the parameters required.
